Product Overview
HRT-P2088 is a field-mounted pressure transmitter for industrial pressure measurement. It converts process pressure into a standard electrical signal for monitoring, control and data-acquisition systems, while the field housing provides a practical installation format for process and equipment applications.
Applications
Typical applications include pumps, pipelines, water systems, hydraulic equipment, process skids and general industrial pressure monitoring where a field-mounted transmitter is preferred.
Selection & Application
Select the pressure range according to the actual operating conditions rather than the nominal pressure alone. Consider the normal operating pressure, expected minimum and maximum pressure, and any known pressure excursions during startup, shutdown, pump operation or valve movement.
Also confirm the pressure reference, process medium, temperature, process connection, output and installation conditions. Where pressure pulsation, transient pressure or other special conditions are present, these should be reviewed as part of the application before the final configuration is confirmed.
Installation & Integration
Install the transmitter at a suitable pressure connection and avoid excessive vibration, mechanical stress and direct exposure to process temperatures outside the selected configuration. For pulsating pressure or pressure shock, consider appropriate isolation or damping arrangements. Electrical wiring should follow the selected output and power configuration.
Configuration Options
Pressure range, pressure reference, output, process connection and other mechanical or electrical details can be configured according to the application.
Special requirements such as non-standard ranges, media conditions, temperature, pressure pulsation or installation constraints can be reviewed as project-specific configurations. Final technical details, cost and delivery conditions are confirmed according to the required configuration before quotation and order.
Next Step
For product selection or quotation, please provide the process medium, normal operating pressure, expected maximum pressure, any known pressure excursions, process temperature, required pressure reference, process connection and electrical output.
If the application has special requirements that are not listed on this page, please include them with the inquiry. HRT can review the configuration and confirm the applicable technical solution, cost and delivery conditions before quotation.
