Product Overview
HRT-L10C measures level from changes in capacitance between the probe and the vessel or reference electrode. The probe construction and insulation are selected according to the medium, vessel geometry and process conditions.
Applications
Typical uses include liquid tanks, oil service, process vessels and selected bulk-material applications where capacitance measurement is suitable for the dielectric properties of the medium.
Selection & Application
Confirm the medium dielectric properties and conductivity, measuring length, process temperature and pressure, probe material, mounting connection and whether level or interface measurement is required.
Installation & Integration
Install the probe with adequate clearance from vessel walls, agitators and other conductive structures. Where the process can coat the probe, consider the effect of buildup on calibration and measurement.
Configuration Options
Probe length, material, insulation, output and connection can be selected for the process.
